I just found these Lanvin ads on Fashionologie & I think they are amazing. I just wish I hadn’t forgotten how to do my make-up properly after all this time of ‘barely there make-up looks’.

Who is the greatest living artist of all times? Ogdred Weary aka Edward Gorey of course. Why do only the geniuses have to die so early?

In the early 80s growing up in the states it was a constant war getting my mother downtown to the shop that sold all this amazing stuff including these charm necklaces that everybody had at the time. The sad thing is that 25 years later I could still see myself wearing them.

I find this Hockney picture extremely satisfying, not only that it’s by one of my favorite artists & it also features my favorite designers, plus that’s exactly how I want to live some day: a husband, a great taste & style AND a really, really, really fat cat.
