Hi Low is an amazing webzine from China. The concept: gather commented pictures from young people all over the world around 1 theme. Very inspiring.
Almost everything is written in Chinese, so sorry for the credits…
This is great. I know there are really thousands of fab sites in all different languages. I wish sometimes I was multilingual (say 10 languages maybe?).
